You need one license per device you wish to monitor, filter, and control.  SentryPC uses the user accounts setup on the device and it does not matter how many users there are on the device.

Your online cloud account, where you view logs and manage settings, is accessible from any device (computer, laptop, phone, etc) that has Internet access and a web-browser allowing you to login — no license is required for devices you use to access your account.

We have plans available for home users, small business, and large corporations.  The 'Basic' plan is typically what most users will need and is $69.95 per year for the first license and $29.95 per year for each additional license.  You can choose how many licenses you need on the purchase page.

If you need a large number of licenses then one of our 'Business' plans is the way to go.

SentryPC pricing is a yearly fee.  You will be notified when your subscription is about to end as a reminder that you will be charged and/or you need to update your payment information.  You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account.  Cancelling simply means it will not renew automatically at the end of your current subscription period and your account and software will still function as normal until that date is reached.  When your subscription ends your account will be terminated unless it is renewed.

As this is a subscription fee, you will also have immediate access to any updates we may release for SentryPC at no additional charge.  As long as your subscription is active you will always have access to the latest version of our software at no cost.

As far as features are concerned there is no difference between any of the plans.  The only difference will be the number of licenses you receive and the included screenshot storage as shown in the plan details.

There is no limit to the amount of logs that can be stored in your account, but we do purge logs daily that are over one month old.  Your account will always have the most recent month's worth of logs available to you unless you manually delete them from your account.  Should you have a need to review logs older than one month we suggest downloading/archiving them from your account and saving them locally.

The same applies to screenshot logs, however, it is important to note you have a screenshot limit in your account.  You can only store as many screenshots as your screenshot limit allows.  If you reach your limit the oldest screenshot logs are removed as newer ones are added.  Think of your screenshot limit as the number of most recent screenshots.

One of the features of SentryPC is ability to take screenshots of the device's desktop.  Your storage limit is the maximum number of screenshots which can be stored in your account at any given time.  When your limit is reached the oldest screenshot is removed as the newest is added.  Think of your limit as the number of 'most recent' screenshots taken.

You can increase your screenshot storage when ordering or later from within your online account.  Screenshot storage can be added in increments of 500 for $29.95 per year.

SentryPC is installed on the device(s) that you wish to use it.  It will allow you to monitor, filter, and control each user account setup on the device once it has been installed.  After installation you will access all logs and settings from your online cloud account — no physical interaction with the device it has been installed is needed at this point.
